Integrated Flex Board
This document is for users who run several products and want to see the overall status on one screen.
The Integrated Flex Board is a screen where you build dashboards from data across multiple projects. You can place widgets from different products, such as application, server, database, and container, on the same board.
Go to Home > All projects > Integrated Flex Board.
Difference from the product Flex Board
The names are similar, but these are different screens. Where you create the board determines which data you can use and how it is shared.

You cannot edit a dashboard that was shared with you as read-only.
Creating a dashboard
There are four ways.

| Import | Restore a board from an exported JSON file |
If you are not sure which widgets to choose, start with Generate with AI. After the board is created, you can add or remove widgets to refine it.
Generating with AI

Click the Generate with AI button at the top right. The Generate Flex Board with AI panel opens.

Select the board you want to create. Choose one of the three presets, or use Describe it yourself to enter your own configuration.

Enter what you want to see in the input field at the bottom of the panel, then click the send button.
AI responses may be inaccurate. Check that the widgets and data on the generated board match what you intended.
Starting from a template

Select a template from the Templates list on the left. The products used by each template appear under its name.

Add or remove widgets to adjust the board.
Building manually

Click the + Create dashboard button at the top right.

Add widgets and select the data. All projects you can view appear as options when you create a widget.
Importing
Click the Import button at the top right and select a JSON file. Export and import require dashboard edit permission.
Finding a dashboard
Enter a PCODE, project name, or dashboard name in the search field at the top left. The search covers all projects at once.
Widgets and view settings
Adding widgets, editing properties, filtering, and setting the time range work the same as in the product Flex Board. For more information, see the document for each product.
