The Business Dashboard allows you to monitor application performance by business unit (App Context).
You can analyze both real-time and historical performance data for each business context, defined by URL patterns or paths.
By viewing key metrics like TPS, response time, and error rate per business context, you can quickly identify performance issues in specific operations or services.

Layout Overview

Time Range

Use the time selector at the top left to set the desired time range for data retrieval.
To the right of the time selector, you can view the status of agents connected to the project to immediately check whether the monitored servers are running.

  • Live Mode: Auto-refreshes every 5 seconds, displaying data from the last 10 minutes.
  • Historical Mode: Allows you to query data up to the past month.
  • Data aggregation unit:
    • Under 3 hours: Raw data
    • 3 hours to 3 days: 5-minute statistics
    • Over 3 days: 1-hour statistics

Agent Selection

Below the time selector, you can see the list of agents under the selected project.
Click an agent to highlight it with a blue tag and filter the dashboard to show only its data.

View Mode

You can toggle between two view modes based on your preference by clicking the icons on the top left:

  • List Icon Table View
    Displays all business items in a table format, making it easy to compare and sort data.
    Suitable for quickly understanding the overall situation at a glance.

  • Card List Icon Card View
    Presents each business item as a card.
    You can choose from 1 to 4 columns, making it flexible depending on your monitor size or working environment.
    Ideal for dashboard-style viewing or focusing on specific business performance.

Sort Options

You can select a metric to sort data by task in both the table view and the card view.

Search by Business Name

Use the search field to quickly locate a specific business by name.

Task Alias Settings

Click the button to open a drawer where you can assign aliases to task names displayed as URL prefixes.

  • Enter the task name (URL prefix) to apply the alias to in the left column
  • Enter the alias to apply to the task name in the right column
  • Use the Add Item button to add an entry, and the Delete button to remove an entry
  • Click the Apply button at the bottom to apply the changes

CSV Download

Click the CSV Icon icon next to the search bar (top-right) to download performance data for all business items on the screen as a CSV file.

Business Performance Metrics

For each business unit, the following key performance indicators are available.
These metrics include both real-time data and aggregated stats over the selected time range.
Charts are available for active transactions, response time, and error rate.

  • Active Transactions: Shows the number of currently processing transactions via a speedometer for intuitive real-time load insight.
  • TPS (Transactions Per Second): Measures system throughput.
  • Transaction Count: Total transactions collected during the selected period.
  • Transactions/min: Average number of transactions per minute, helpful for identifying traffic patterns.
  • Response Time: Includes average and max response times; trends are shown in charts.
  • Error Count: Total errors during the selected period.
  • Error Rate (%): Percentage of failed transactions.
  • Errors/min: Average number of errors per minute.

Business Detail Analysis

Top Transaction Stats

Click the detail icon in either the table or card view to open a drawer on the right showing the top 30 transactions for the selected business context.

Tip

How to open detail view:

  • Table View: Click View Icon in the left-most column.
  • Card View: Click the arrow (>) at the top right of the card.

Steps:

  1. Click the detail icon in table or card view.

  2. A drawer will open on the right displaying top 30 transactions for that business.

  3. Use the sort dropdown (default: by count).

  4. Available transaction data includes:

    • Transaction name
    • Detailed analysis (View Icon)
    • Count
    • Errors
    • Avg time (ms)
    • Max time (ms)
    • Avg CPU time
    • Avg memory allocation
    • SQL count
    • Avg SQL time (ms)
    • SQL fetch count
    • Avg SQL fetch count
    • HTTP call count
    • Avg HTTP call time (ms)
  5. Use the search bar at the top of the drawer to filter specific transactions.

  6. Click the detailed analysis icon Search Icon for each transaction to view more information.

  7. If a transaction event based on the URL occurs within the selected time range, the configured level is displayed.
    If the level is Warning Icon (Warning) or Critical Icon (Critical), you can click the icon in the Health column to view the event history.

Event History

If a transaction event based on context is triggered within the selected time range, the defined level is displayed. Click the icon to view the event history.

  • You can check the event name, occurrence time, and message.
  • Use the search function to find specific events.

Agent Configuration

To use the Business Dashboard, agent configuration is required.

Supported Agent Versions

  • Python: 1.8.5 or higher

Tip
  • If no data appears in the dashboard, verify the agent settings.
  • If the agent version is too old, upgrade to the latest supported version.
  • Business context can be defined automatically or manually based on URL patterns.
