Health Check Status

In Health Check Status, you can monitor health check results in real time. View detailed metrics such as response status, RTT, Jitter, and packet loss for each target.

Basic screen and settings

Time selection

The top option bar Time selection displays the real-time data refresh interval.

Select Manager

In the top option bar Select Manager, select the NMS manager that collects data to view health check results.

Filters

You can filter the list by health check status and protocol.

Status

All	All items
Alive	Health checks in the Alive state among those running normally
Dead	Health checks in the Dead state among those running normally
Pending	Registered, but no data has been collected yet
Inactive	Disabled health checks

Protocol

ICMP and TCP filters are provided according to the protocol specified when the health check was registered.

Health check results

Charts

Displays metrics for the selected target as a time-series chart.

Chart	Description
Jitter	Jitter trend (ms); provided for ICMP type
Max RTT	Maximum RTT (Round Trip Time) trend (ms); provided for all types

Time range

• Displays data for a fixed 10-minute range.

• Auto-refreshes every 10 seconds.

Health check list

Column	Description
No	Sequence number across the whole list; numbering continues across pages
Alive	Response status - ●: Alive (responding normally) - ●: Dead (not responding)
Target Alias	Alias of the health check target
Target Host	Target IP address for health check
FQDN	Fully Qualified Domain Name
Protocol	Health check type (ICMP, TCP, etc.)
Port	TCP port number (for TCP type)
MGMT. Host	Name of the device the health check target belongs to
Active	Whether the health check is enabled
Avg RTT	Average Round Trip Time (ms)
MAX RTT	Maximum Round Trip Time (ms)
Packet Loss	Packet loss rate (%)
JITTER	Jitter value (ms)
Error	Error message
Last Seen Time	Time of last response received

Downloading the list as a CSV file

Click the Export CSV button at the top right of the table to download the health check list as a CSV file. The export is not limited to the page shown on screen: it includes all rows after search, filters, and sorting are applied, before pagination. The current page number, rows per page, and the row selected in the chart do not affect the result.

Encoding	UTF-8 (with BOM). Text is not garbled when opened directly in Excel.
Empty value	Empty cells are filled with -.

Unlike the on-screen display, metric values are recorded as raw numbers without units, and the unit is placed in the column name. This lets you calculate averages or totals directly in the downloaded file. The Alive column is recorded as the text Alive or Dead instead of an icon.

Note

If there are no results, the Export CSV button is disabled. Check the selected manager and the query conditions first.

• RTT (Round Trip Time)

Metric	Description
Avg RTT	Average round-trip time - average response latency
Max RTT	Maximum round-trip time - slowest response time

• Packet Loss

The percentage (%) of packets lost out of total packets sent.

• Jitter

The variation in network latency. High jitter indicates unstable network quality.

Data refresh interval

The page auto-refreshes every 10 seconds.
