Getting Started
This guide walks you through the steps required to start WhaTap monitoring.

Step 3. Create a project
After checking the supported environment, proceed to the Manager Installation step.
Step 1. Sign up
To use the WhaTap monitoring service, you must first sign up. For more information about sign up, see Account Management > Sign up.
Step 2. Select a product

Log in to WhaTap Monitoring Service.

Click
All Projects >
Project.

In the ❶ Select product screen, click the Create button for the product you want to monitor.
Step 3. Create a project
Once you have selected the product to monitor, create a project before installing the agent.

In the ❷ Create project screen, enter or select the following items to create a project.

Project name (required): Enter the name of the project.

Data server region (required): Select the region where the data server is located. A region is a collection of data centers that provide cloud services. Your data is stored in the selected region.

Time zone (required): Set the standard time for notifications and report generation.

Notification language setting (required): Set the language for alert notification messages generated in the project. (Korean and English supported)

Project groups: You can group multiple projects together for management. If there is a group to belong to, select it. If not, you can add a group by clicking the Add Group button.

Project description: Enter an additional description for the project.

After completing all settings, click the Creating a project button.
When adding a project with an organization selected, you must set Groups of organization as required. For more information about groups, see the following document.
