Metrics Trend Analysis

Metrics trend analysis provides a feature that visualizes metric changes within the past 30 days, allowing you to compare and analyze trends.
You can view key database performance metrics by period or time, helping you quickly identify patterns at specific moments or time intervals.

Default Screen

Metrics trend analysis consists of a top option bar and a bottom chart area.
When you select the viewing range and metrics in the option bar, trend graphs that match those conditions are automatically displayed.

Option Bar

The option bar provides functions such as time range selection, metric selection, and preset management.

Time Window

Use this option when you want to view data only for a specific time period.
When the toggle is enabled, the time range input fields become active. The default state is disabled.

For example, to analyze data during business hours (09:00–18:00), enable the Time Window and set that range.

Instance

Select the database instance to view.
A list of instances connected to the project is displayed, and you can quickly search for an instance using the search box.

Metrics

Select the metrics you want to view.
Metrics are categorized by field, allowing you to choose specific items for display.

Preset

Save and load frequently used chart configurations.

  • The click states of the top date charts are saved in the preset.

  1. Set Time Window, Metrics, and other options as desired.
  2. Click the Save Icon icon at the top right of the screen.

Tip

Saving presets allows you to view charts immediately without repeating the same setup.

Chart

The chart area in Metrics trend analysis visualizes changes in the selected metrics.
You can compare trends, averages, and maximum values over specific periods.
You can add new charts as needed or remove unnecessary ones.

Add a Chart

  1. (Optional) Set the Time Window in the top option bar.
  2. Select the desired field under Metrics.
  3. Click the + Add Chart button at the top right to add a chart.

Delete a Chart

Widget

The bottom chart area in Metrics trend analysis includes Interval and Open Link functions.
These allow for detailed data analysis of specific periods or direct navigation to the detailed monitoring view for that time range.

Interval

Change the aggregation unit of the displayed data.
You can view data in hourly or 5-minute intervals.
By default, the data is displayed hourly; to see more detailed data, switch to the 5-minute interval view.

Click a bar in the chart representing a specific time range to move directly to that time’s detailed monitoring page.

Note

The Open Link > button becomes active only when a specific time bar is selected.
You can then view detailed metrics for that selected time range.
