Feature Added the Object Manifest collection function.

Added the function to collect and store the cluster objects once a day at midnight in the specified time zone. To use this function, set the agent options as follows. For more information, see the following.
- store_k8s_object_manifest_enabled Boolean
  
  Default true
  
  The Object Manifest collection feature can be enabled.
- store_k8s_object_manifest_timezone String
  
  Default UTC
  
  Run the Object Manifest collection schedule at midnight in the specified time zone.
- store_k8s_object_manifest_max_fetch_limit Int
  
  Default 50
  
  Set the number of objects to view at a time in the cluster.
Fixed Improved the performance of the control plane monitoring agent, including the performance improvements for clients that communicate with the cluster.
