New Added whatap_code_start option
- Default: false
- When set to true, running import whatap in sitecustomize.py followed by whatap.agent() allows the agent to start without the whatap-start-agent command — using only the standard Python execution command.
Fixed Modified open_file_descriptor_enabled option
- When set to false, the thread that tracks file descriptors is also disabled.
