New Added the option to control whatap module's log output in whatap.conf.
- ignore_whatap_stdout Boolean
  
  Default false
  
  If it is set to true, all standard output logs from the WhaTap Python agent module are disabled.
Fixed Fixed the issue where an error occurs when tracing multiple transactions after setting the environment variable OKIND.
Fixed Improved the DB monitoring error when executing the execute command when there are multiple SQL connections.
