Fixed Improved Pending state collection coverage and data accuracy.
- Fixed an issue where collection was missed when a pod was Running but its container was in a Waiting state (e.g., ImagePullBackOff).
- Fixed a bug where container information was sent duplicated with previous pod information when multiple Pending pods existed.
- Extended the collection scope to detect not only the pod Phase but also individual container Waiting states.
- Fixed the container list initialization logic during data transmission so that accurate information is sent per pod.
