Caution

Upgrade the master agent and node agent together. Apply the fixed node helper from the same release image as well.

Fixed Fixed a rising load average caused by node helper repeatedly reading mountinfo
- When collecting container statistics, the agent now reuses the already detected cgroup mode if cgroup_version is set, instead of reading /proc/1/mountinfo again.
- The existing mountinfo detection path is used only for the initial detection, when the cgroup mode isn't set yet.
- This resolves an issue where delayed mountinfo reads in environments with frequent mount churn left helper threads accumulating in D-state, driving up the load average.
