Fixed If the hostguid.enabled=true option is applied, modified to include the virtual machine's Guid as well as AWS EC2 when generating the oid(unique agent number).

• It also modified to change the oid if the IP address is recycled. When recycling the canceled oid, it avoids the error where the default alert is missing by using the Guid value.
