Installation checking items

The items must be checked after installing the agent. If any problem occurs during installation, see the following.

Restarting WAS​

Restart the application server. If the following WhaTap character log appears in a running log, it indicates that the JAVA_OPTS setting has been completed.

Checking the agent connection​

Go to WhaTap Monitoring Service. From the project list, select a project that has been created after log in. If the information of the server connected to the Application Dashboard screen appears, it indicates the application is completed.
