This is an FAQ document regarding the customer supports while using the WhaTap monitoring service.

Chat Contact​

The chat inquiry icon does not appear.

Depending on the ad-blocking plugins or settings of your web browser, the Chat icon Chat Contact icon may not appear on the upper right of the screen because the loading of crisp-related Java script has been blocked.

Whale browser​

If you are using Whale Browser, set the web browser options according to the following instructions.

  1. Select the lock button in the address bar.

  2. Check if there are any tracking protected items. Select Blocked Tracer.

  3. Check the tracking protected content is client.crisp.chat.

  4. Return to the previous step and then turn off the tracking protection option.

  5. Refresh the screen of your web browser.

You can see the Chat icon Chat Contact icon displayed on the upper right of the screen.

Chrome browser​

If you are using the Chrome browser, it is required to check for ad-blocking plugins in the Chrome environment. Follow the steps in the following link to change the settings.

Membership registration​

I haven't received the membership verification email.

By default, the verification email is sent from no-reply@whatap.io.

* **If the email was sent successfully**, due to the nature of email, tracking is difficult. We can check bounce history and whether the email was sent. You need to check if the verification email was received in the spam folder or if reception from external networks is allowed.

* **If you have not received the verification email or there is a problem with the verification process**, send an account verification release request email from the email required for login or the email that needs verification release to se@whatap.io. After completing the identity verification process for email verification, we will release the verification and provide guidance.

Change Login Account​

I want to change my login account.

The account changing feature is not available now. In the SaaS environment, your account is activated after signing up and completing email verification with your email address. If you want to change your email address, proceed with membership registration with a new email address.
