Agent removal

Remove from the Start menu

  1. In Windows, select Start Windows Start > All apps, then search for the WhaTap .NET app in the list.

  2. Press and hold the app or right click it, then click Uninstall.

Remove from Control Panel

  1. In Windows, type Control Panel in the taskbar search and select it from the results.

  2. Navigate to Programs > Programs and Features.

  3. Select the WhaTap .NET program, right click it, and choose Uninstall or Uninstall/Change.

  4. Follow the on screen instructions to remove the agent.

  5. Remove the DLL files that were registered during agent installation from the C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL path.

    Note

    Even after uninstalling the agent, data registered in the GAC is not removed automatically. If necessary, manually delete it from the C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL path.

Agent update

To update the agent, you do not need to remove the existing version. Download the new version and run the installation process again.
